Justin Long (Barbarian) AND Kate Bosworth (Stray dogs) will star in a new survival thriller titled Coyotewhich will see them battle a pack of coyotes during a firestorm.
The film follows “a family fighting for their lives against a pack of crazed coyotes during a raging fire in the Hollywood Hills.”
The film will be directed by Colin Minihan (What Keeps You Alive, Serious Encounters) from a story by Daniele Meersand AND Nick Simon (The Pyramid, The girl in the photographs) AND a screenplay written by Tad Daggerhart (the Expendables 4, Black Lotus) and Simone.
Producer Ruzanna Kegeyan said in a statement: “We are thrilled to partner with Gramercy Park on this thrilling story of a family facing the dual threat of a firestorm threatening to engulf their home and a pack of hungry coyotes caught up in the vortex. We know Justin and Kate are perfectly matched to bring this compelling story to life.”

With Colin Minihan directing such sympathetic actors as Justin and Kate, and a fast-paced script from Tad and Nick, we are confident that the film will be a truly enthralling experience for viewers.
The film is currently in production in Bogota, Colombia.
Also, in case you didn’t know, Long and Bosworth are married in real life and starred together in the vampire movie. House of Darkness.
