Like tickets for the director Roberto Eggers’imminent Nosferatu remake goes on sale, we have a new clip and a couple of posters to share with you.

The clip is short, but it offers a chilling preview of what we can expect to see from this dark gothic vampire horror film. The clip features Ellen Sutter (Lily Rose Depp) begging her guardian angel, desperate to be protected from the evil forces that have entered her life. Ellen’s prayers are answered by Cout Orlok.

The film is a reimagining of the terrifying 1920s classic, telling the story of the sinister vampire Count Orlok, played by Bill Skarsgard in the movie. We actually get to see a bit more of the creature in this recent trailer.

Nosferatu tells the dark and twisted story of obsession between a tormented young woman in 19th-century Germany and the ancient Transylvanian vampire who haunts her, bringing with him unspeakable horror.

Speaking previously about the film, Eggers said: “It’s a scary movie. It’s a horror movie. It’s a gothic horror film. And I think there hasn’t been an old school gothic movie that’s actually scary in a while. And I think most audiences will find that to be the case.

The film is also the protagonist Emma Corrin (Deadpool 3), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kraven the Hunter), Simon McBurney (The evocation 2) AND Ralph Ineson (The witch).

The film will be released in theaters on December 25, 2024. Check out the clip and posters below.
