I have a trailer here for you to watch for a beautiful horror thriller titled The damneda disturbing and chilling film that follows Eve and her crew as they come across a shipwreck. They are faced with the moral dilemma of whether to help or prioritize their own survival.
The film follows “a 19th-century widow who finds herself having to make an impossible choice when a ship sinks off the coast of her isolated fishing outpost during a particularly cruel winter.
“With supplies running low, Eva and her close-knit community must choose between saving the castaway crew or prioritizing their own survival.
“Faced with the consequences of their decision and tormented by guilt, the inhabitants struggle with a growing sense of terror and begin to believe that they are all being punished for their choices.”
The film was directed by Thordur Palsson, who also created the story. The screenplay was written by Jamie Hannigan.
