WONDER WOMAN star Connie Nielsen says it’s ‘crazy’ and ‘shame’ DC Studios has canceled WONDER WOMAN 3

Connie Nielsenthe actress who played Hippolyta in Wonder Woman the film franchise doesn’t quite understand DC Studios’ decision to scrap Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 3.

During a recent interview with Den of Geek at Gladiator II during the press conference, Nielsen shared his thoughts by saying, “I think it’s crazy. I mean, frankly, I don’t understand it.

“[Wonder Woman] it grossed $800 million in theaters alone and has a huge, passionate, passionate fan base. These are spectacular films and I can’t see any reason not to invest in them.

“If I were a businessman, I would say that’s money on the table. It’s right there. Plus, every time we did it, [it was] with much smaller budgets than any other DC budget.

Well, this simple answer to this question is that Wonder Woman 3 it just didn’t fit the plan James Gunn AND Pietro Safran outlined for the DCU reboot.

It’s easy to understand his frustration, but we will have a new Wonder Woman project. Gunn had already said it Gal Gadot he’s still on board to play Wonder Woman, but he also admitted he’s still not sure what to do with her.

When Gunn was asked if any former stars were in talks about the franchise’s future, he said, “Some. We don’t know. We’ve talked to Gal. She’s ready to do some things. We’re not sure what we’re going to get.” what to do with that.

Gadot later offered an update on the matter saying, “Things are being worked on behind the scenes and once the right time comes, you’ll know.”

The actress later said that she will develop Wonder Woman 3 with Gunn and Safran. She said: “I love playing Wonder Woman. It is so near and dear to my heart. From what I’ve heard from James and Peter is that we will be developing a Wonder Woman 3 Together.”

We don’t know if things have changed between then and now, but as far as I know, a Wonder Woman project is not currently in development at DC Studios.

It has been announced that there is a series titled Paradise lostthat “will be a game of Thrones-story about Themyscira, Paradise Island, the home of the Amazons and is also the birthplace of Wonder Woman. This drama is really about the political intrigues behind an all-women society.

But that series is said to take place before Diana’s birth.
