A new rumor has surfaced regarding Marvel Captain America: Brave New World and a fan-favorite character who may appear in the film.
This might be considered a spoiler, but it makes a lot of sense for this character to appear. Regardless, you clicked, so you’re open to a possible spoiler.
According to MTTSH scooper, Brave New World will feature a cameo from Sebastiano Stan as Bucky Barnes, aka the Winter Soldier.
With Bucky’s strong bond with Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie), this wouldn’t really be a big surprise.
The two characters formed a close bond during the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldierand although Bucky’s story arc takes him down a very similar path to that of the Thunderbolts team, it makes sense that he visits his friend during the events of Brave New World.
Details about Bucky’s role are vague, but it really won’t be anything bigger than a simple cameo.
In the film “After the meeting with the newly elected president of the United States Thaddeus Ross, played by Harrison Ford Making his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident.
“He must uncover the motive behind a nefarious global conspiracy before the true mastermind causes the entire world to see red.”
Speaking about the film earlier, Kevin Feige he said he is trying to capture the same magic they passed on to them Captain America: The Winter Soldier leaning into the whole political thriller aspect of the story.
Captain America: Brave New World stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumblywith Giancarlo Esposito, Liv TylerAND Tim Blake Nelson.
The film is directed by Giulio Onah and produced by Kevin Feige AND Nate Moore.
Captain America: Brave New World will be released in American theaters on February 14, 2025.
