New rumors claim that Andrew Garfield has signed a contract to star in at least two more SPIDER-MAN films

The MCU seems to be on the upswing with its next batch of movie projects that fans can look forward to. The last couple of years have been up and down when it comes to Marvel, but one thing most fans agreed on was that the 2021 film Spider-Man: No Way Home it was a fantastic film and a great example of MCU storytelling.

We’re hoping to get back to that, and we’re hoping that when Peter Parker returns, we might even be able to see variations of him at some point. It was amazing to see Tobey Maguire AND Andrea Garfield return, and they only added depth to the story.

While we don’t know for sure if Maguire will return, we do know that Garfield said he would eagerly return if the story was right, and according to a new rumor, the right time could be right now.

According to industry scooper MTTSH, Andrew Garfield is now locked in to appear as Spidey in “at least two more projects.”

It is assumed that one of these projects could be Avengers: Secret Warsbut it wouldn’t be surprising if the other was a standalone film focusing on his Spider-Man, or a new team up with Tom Hollandof Peter Parker coming soon Spider-Man 4which is currently under development.

Holland and Zendaya they are both set to return to their respective roles. No way home scribes Chris McKenna AND Erik Sommers they are working on the script and Destin Daniel Cretton was recently announced as director.
