A great new trailer has been released for the Disney+ documentary Music by John Williams. Director Laurent Bouzereau (Mama’s boy, Faye) captured the personal life and illustrious career of the incredible film composer in the documentary, which includes interviews with Williams’ friends and collaborators, Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshalland many others.
It looks so spectacular. It’s really telling how you know every note of the acronyms of Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, ET, Jaws, Harry Potter, Home Alone, Supermanand so much more, yet listening to music still brings goosebumps all over your body and sometimes a tear in your eye. This is the legacy created by John Williams.
The documentary will be released on Disney+ on November 1, along with a limited theatrical release in New York, Los Angeles and London on the same day. Watch the trailer below and tell us your favorite John Williams soundtrack.
