If you’re looking for a completely insane horror movie to watch, Crazy house This is the movie you’re looking for. I had the chance to see it at Sundance this year, and it’s an insanely unbalanced movie that’s beyond insane!
Nick’s Frost AND Alicia Silverstone As the protagonist of this ultra-violent action-horror comedy, nothing can prepare you for what awaits you.
In the film, “When the Russian workers in Bernie’s house turn out to be wanted criminals, Bernie must muster up the courage to save his family from a ’90s sitcom.”
The film was made by a team of Dutch directors Steffen Hair AND Flip van der Kui and the film is described as a “deliriously fucked ode to the sacredness of the family that constantly outdoes itself.”
In my review I said: “Krazy House is a relentless escalation of absurdity. The film descends into a violent and bloody disaster, with twists that are as senseless as they are shocking.
“The movie really doesn’t make any sense. It was just a very strange viewing experience that made me think, ‘What the hell was that about!?’
The film’s description reads: “Taking a world approved by studio audiences and bombing it from the inside, Haars and van der Kuil bless us with their madcap sense of humor and depravity.
“Nick Frost embodies Bernie Christian with gusto, doing justice to his family name as a meek and devout family man who suddenly finds himself forced into a chilling and astonishing crusade when his spiritual foundations crumble; Alicia Silverstone mirrors his madness as his gleefully spiteful wife.
“Miraculous in its very existence and gloriously deranged, Krazy House demands to be seen to be believed.”
