Bill Murray AND Pete Davidson have teamed up for a new crime comedy film titled Riff-Raffand a clip has been released that offers a fun preview of the film’s shooting.
The story centers on a former criminal whose ordinary life is turned upside down when his old family shows up for a long-awaited showdown. Based on this clip, it looks like it could be a great movie!
The synopsis reads: “Vincent is a former criminal who more than anything wants a normal, peaceful life. He and his wife Sandy have built a loving family with their son DJ and are spending the winter break in a cabin before he leaves for college.
“Chaos erupts when Vincent’s renegade son Rocco, his girlfriend Marina, and Vincent’s ex-wife Ruth show up unexpectedly to ruin the festivities with an ominous warning: notorious gangsters Leftie and Lonnie are coming.”
The film was directed by Dito Montiel and the rest of the cast includes My life is beautiful, And Harris, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman, Miles J. Harvey AND Emanuela Postacchini.
Riff-Raff will have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival today, September 9.
Sales are being handled by Signature Entertainment. Capstone is handling North American sales, while Roadside Attractions will distribute domestically.
