Trailer for Disney’s Live-Action/CGI Remake Snow White It was not much appreciated by fans and recently reached an important milestone.
Since the trailer debuted at D23, it has officially reached over 1 million dislikes on YouTube. This is a sign that fans are fed up with these Disney remakes and the chances of the film failing at the box office are high.
It’s a shame that things are going this way. Snow White it’s a timeless classic, that original film was Walt Disney’s baby, the first animated feature film ever made, and after all these years it’s still a fantastic film with a story that stands the test of time!
Now, with this remake, a lot of fans seem to think it looks like a joke. This movie should have been a movie that would excite Disney fans, but instead it is the exact opposite. It is a shame that the Disney team failed to understand this.
One of the biggest problems with the film is those ridiculous looking CGI dwarves. What a terrible piece of creative decision making!
On top of all this there are all those comments that the star of the film Rachel Zegler did on the movie, and how they’re changing certain aspects of the story that Disney fans didn’t like. So, that didn’t do the movie any favors.
This is a live-action musical retelling of the classic 1937 film. The story follows a princess who is rescued by seven dwarf miners—Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy and Sneezy—who make Snow White part of their family after she is exiled to a dangerous forest by her wicked queen.
The film also stars Ansu Kabia like the Hunter, Martin Klebba like Grumpy, and Andrea Burnap like Jonathan.
Mark Webb (The Amazing Spider-Man) directs Snow White from a screenplay by director Barbie Greta Gerwig and playwright Erin Cressida Wilson.
Snow White The film is scheduled for release on March 21, 2025.
