Alan Wake is a psychological horror action-adventure game developed by Remedy Entertainment. The game follows the story of Alan Wake, a successful thriller novelist, who travels to the small town of Bright Falls with his wife Alice to overcome his writer’s block.
However, Alice mysteriously disappears and Wake finds himself trapped in a nightmarish reality where the events of his last novel, a novel he has no memory of writing, come to life.
As Wake battles dark forces and uncovers the town’s secrets, he must piece together the mystery behind his wife’s disappearance and the malevolent presence that haunts him.
The game combines intense combat, a haunting atmosphere, and a deeply engaging narrative, making it a standout in the horror genre.

Equipped with a shape-shifting pistol known as the Service Weapon and telekinetic powers, Jesse navigates the ever-changing, brutalist architecture of the FBC headquarters, known as the Oldest House.
As he delves into the secrets of the Office, he confronts strange entities and unravels a narrative filled with psychological horror, supernatural elements, and a complex, non-linear story that challenges players’ perceptions of reality.
