With Alien: Romulus coming out in theaters this weekend, I thought I’d share this fun video from Tested featuring Adam Wild coming face to face with the original Facehugger from Ridley Scott’s Alien.
The video is accompanied by the following note: “Adam approaches with not one, but two prop facehuggers from the original Alien and Aliens films!
“This is the mechanized facehugger that enveloped Kane in Ridley Scott’s original film, with details like wiring around the fingers and tail that allowed the puppeteers to tighten the grip during filming.
“With the Aliens facehugger, we can see how the creature’s design evolved between films, with the creepy sculpted claws still attached!”
