Colin Hanks he is the latest actor to join Bob Odenkirkaction film project Nobody 2Hanks will play “a corrupt sheriff with less than stellar ambitions.”
Hanks joins too Sharon Stonewho plays the cold and ruthless villain of the story. Connie Nielsen AND Christopher Lloyd they respectively resume the roles of wife and father of the family man.
Timo Tjahjanto (The night comes for us) will direct the film from a script written by Dr. Derek Kolstad (John Wick), Aaron RabinOdenkirk and Umair Aleem.
There are no plot details to share yet, but we do know that the film will be packed with hardcore action and blistering violence!
In the original film, Odenkirk played Hutch Mansell, a docile family man who slowly reveals his true colors after his home is robbed by two petty thieves, which, coincidentally, leads him into a bloody war with a Russian crime boss.
Universal Pictures to release Nobody 2 in theaters August 15, 2025.
