Disney has a lot of exciting and fun projects in the works and is finalizing its schedule so that fans can start looking forward to the studio’s next projects. Frozen 3 will be released on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, November 24, 2027.
This is the traditional time when Frozen and in the past there have been Disney animated films, and it’s a time when many families go to the cinema, so it’s an obvious choice.
Then the new Pixar film, Hoppersabout a human brain inside a beaver, will be released on March 6, 2026. Warner Bros. has its own animated version of The Cat in the Hat there, so it looks like there’s going to be some changes before those two collide.

When Disney released its new schedule, it also reiterated that Avatar 3, now known as Avatar: Fire and Ash, will be released on December 19, 2025.
