Neil Marshall is ready to produce a new horror thriller Little Red Riding Hoodwhich will be directed by his The descent, Dog SoldiersAND Judgement Day collaborator My Friend Craig Conway who will make his directorial debut with this film.
It is a low-budget horror film and, as the title suggests, will reinterpret the story of Little Red Riding Hood “through a contemporary lens.”
The story will follow “a fifteen-year-old girl who uncovers her family’s dark secrets.” These dark secrets will most likely involve werewolves.
The film’s script comes from Peter Stiliano and the director of photography-producer is Daniel Patrick Vaughan with Paul Murray also in production.
Marshall recently directed the action-crime film Duchesswhich was acquired by Saban Films. Actor and producer Conway recently starred in the British horror Empty.
