Over the weekend at Comic-Con, it was announced that the upcoming 35th annual Treehouse of Horror episode of The Simpsons will present a segment that will parody Poison.
The segment will be titled “Denim” and will focus on “Homer’s deep relationship with a simple pair of symbiotic alien jeans.”
Showrunner Matt Selman said, “It’s a really fun, silly segment… the jeans will be actual stop-motion jeans created by the animators at Stoopid Buddies who do the ‘Robot Chicken’ shows.”
It was also revealed that another disturbing Simpsons episode is coming this fall, titled “Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes.”
This next episode will poke fun at three stories by Ray Bradbury, the author of “Something Wicked This Way Comes.”
“Tree of Horror 35” will air after Halloween, while “The Simpsons Wicked” will air in November.
