Reynolds and Jackman shared their hilarious response to the news on social media as they recreated the X-Men: The Animated Movie Series “Sad Wolverine” meme featuring a lovesick Logan lying on his bed looking at a picture of Jean Grey.
In Jackman’s version, the photo reads “#1 movie in the world,” while Reynolds’ post shows Wade Wilson gazing blissfully at Logan’s photo.
