Lightbulb Film Distribution has released a trailer for its supernatural thriller, Dead earthThe film debuted at SXSW last year and was met with good reviews.
In the film, “When a detained immigrant is killed, U.S. border agents dispose of the man’s body in an unmarked grave. But like their dark secret, the victim refuses to stay buried.”
The film was directed by Lance Larsonand its stars Roberto Urbina (Snowpiercer), Juliet Restrepo (Griselda), McCaul Lombardi (American honey) AND Chris Mulkey (Flick).
Sales and acquisitions director Peter Thompson said in a statement: “We are delighted to bring Deadland to audiences in the UK and Ireland.
“We were amazed by Larson’s ability to blend nightmarish events with supernatural themes, paired with Jas Shelton’s dreamlike cinematography. This film will keep you on the edge of your seat until the end.”
Dead land has just been released on digital platforms in the UK and Ireland.
