Rob McElhenney has confirmed he has a cameo in DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE

There are so many rumors and a lot of wild speculation about which characters and actors we will see Deadpool and Wolverine. At this point anything is possible!

But this is a new cameo that was confirmed thanks to the latest episode of Welcome to Wrexham. That’s where we learned it Ryan Reynolds’ partner e Always sunny in Philadelphia star Rob McElhenney will appear in the film!

We don’t know who exactly he will play in the film. And while the costumes are blurred in the video, there is a shot where the audience sees the Time Variance Authority logo on her upper chest. Reynolds also hints that he will play one of their agents.

There were rumors that he might play a variation of Deadpool, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Speaking about all the crazy rumors surrounding the film, Reynolds said: “You know, movies like this… there’s so much speculation about so many people who could end up in the movie.”

He added: “I saw one who thought Elvis was in the movie. Anything can happen and that’s what I love about this universe. Surprises are what Deadpool is all about.”

Some of the rumored characters include Halle Berry like Storm, Famke Jensen as Jean Grey, Ben Affleck as Daredevil, Patrick Stewart in the role of Professor Ian McKellen as Magneto, Pedro Pasquale like Mr. Fantastic, and James Marsden like Cyclops, Henry Cavill like Wolverine, then, obviously, there is Taylor Swift.

Some of the other rumored castings include Brian Cox as William Striker, Owen Wilson like Mobius, Lewis Tan as Shatterstar, Channing Tatum in the role of Gambetto, Taron Edgerton like a different Wolverine, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, Tara Strong in the role of Miss Minutes, Tom Hiddleston like Loki, Dafne Keen like X-23, Rebecca Romijn in the role of Corvo, Julian McMahon as Doctor Doom, Liev Schreiber like Sabertooth, Daniel Radcliffe like Wolverine, and Channing Tatum like Gambit.

Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld previously commented on the cameos, saying: “I’ve been very lucky that people have put things in front of me. And believe me, what I’m saying is, I’ve seen the cast list. I think people are going to be pretty damn stunned, and I won’t say a damn thing more than what I just said.

Confirmed cast includes Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Emma Corrin like the bad guy, Morena Baccarin AND Stefan Kapicic like Vanessa and Colossus, Matthew Macfadyen in an unknown role, Karan Soni as Dopinder, and Leslie Uggam in the role of blind Al.

They are united by Brianna Hildebrand AND Shioli Kutsuna will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend, Yukio. This had already been confirmed Jennifer Garner she will return as Elektra in the film.
