Netflix has released the trailer for Jessica Albais the next action thriller Activation notice. Alba plays a skilled special forces commando in the film and, after her father’s death, becomes the owner of her bar. She will soon find herself facing a violent gang.
The synopsis reads: “Special Forces Commando Parker (Alba) is on active duty overseas when she is called back to her hometown with the tragic news that her father has suddenly died.
“Now the owner of the family bar, she reunites with her ex-boyfriend-turned-sheriff, Jesse (Marco Webber), his irascible brother Elvis (Jake tired) and the powerful father senator Swann (Antonio Michele Sala), as he tries to understand what really happened to his father.
“Parker’s search for answers quickly unravels, and she soon finds herself at odds with a violent gang sweeping through her hometown.”
Activation notice is directed by Mouly Surya and also includes the ensemble cast Bell Tone, Gabriele Basso, Kaiwi LymanAND Hari Dhillon.
This sounds like a great, badass action movie! It will be released on Netflix on June 21, 2024.
