Marvel Studios added Poker face star Natasha Lyonne to the cast of The fantastic Four. There’s no information on who she’ll play in the film, but it’s great to see the actress joining the MCU.
Lyonne joins a cast that also includes Pedro Pasquale (The last of us) as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible: Showdown) as Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman; Joseph Quinn (Stranger things) as Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch; AND Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher, The Bear) as Ben Grimm, aka The Thing.
Paul Walter Houser he was also recently cast in the project in an unknown role, and Giulia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna) will take on the role of Shalla-Bal, who is an incarnation of the Silver Surfer. Ralph Ineson will play Galactus.
The film is set in the 1960s and the script comes from there Josh Friedmanwho was called upon to rewrite the script originally written by Jeff Kaplan AND Ian Springer.
Filming of the film will begin in mid-summer in England. The fantastic Four will be released in theaters on July 25, 2025.
