Warner Bros. has released two clips from George Millerit’s a great looking film Furiosa: A Mad Max Sagaand include a couple of key sequences from the film while highlighting the conflict between Furiosa and Dementus.
The first clip sees Furiosa preparing to shoot Dementus, but before she can, he launches a rocket in her direction. In the second clip, Dementus finds himself at Furiosa’s mercy.
In the film, “As the world fell apart, young Furiosa is kidnapped from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great horde of bikers led by the warlord Dementus.
“Crossing the Wasteland they come across the Citadel presided over by Immortal Joe. As the two Tyrants fight for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she scrapes together the means to find her way home.”
Miller previously spoke about the film and revealed that the story takes place over the course of 15 years and leads directly to the events of Mad Max: Road Fury.
The cast includes Anya Taylor-Gioia, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Burke, Angus Sampson, Nathan Jones, Daniel Webber, Lachy HulmeAND Quaden Bayles.
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga will be released in theaters on May 24, 2024.
