When it was announced Jennifer GarnerElektra will appear in Marvel Deadpool and Wolverinemany fans assumed that the rumors of Ben Affleck introducing himself as Daredevil was real.
Well, according to a new report from Inside Scooper Daniele RichtmannAffleck will not appear as Daredevil Deadpool and Wolverinebut he could still appear in the MCU at some point.
According to the insider, Affleck has discussed the possibility of taking on a different role in the MCU. There’s no word on who that character would be, but it won’t be Daredevil.
Now, Affleck has reportedly been spotted on the set of Deadpool and Wolverine, but it was not confirmed who he was playing. So, there is a possibility that Affleck could appear in the Deadpool movie, but not as Daredevil.
I’ll throw him away, but wouldn’t it be crazy if he showed up as Batman!? There have been rumors about a DC character who might appear in the film, but it wasn’t Affleck. But what if Affleck joined that character?
This is just my fan speculation! Affleck could have met with Feige to talk about any number of characters that could appear in the MCU at any time in the future.
