Steve Buscemi (Hyenas, Fargo) has signed on to join the cast of the hit Netflix series Wednesday in season 2. Exact character details are being kept under wraps, but sources say Buscemi will play the new principal of Nevermore Academy.
Few details are available about the new season of Wednesdayapart from the fact Jenna Ortega will return to the main role of the daughter of the Addams Family, during her adolescence. The first season ended with Wednesday successfully solving a series of grisly murders, while also thwarting an attempt to destroy Nevermore and its students.
Production on the second season is expected to begin at the end of April in Ireland and the next installment is expected to be seen in 2025.
