The bear star Jeremy Allen White is currently in talks to star in a musical biopic about the making of the 1982 album Nebraska Of Bruce Springsteen. No deal has been finalized, but Scott Cooper is looking to write and direct the film, titled Free me from nothingan adaptation of Warren Zanes’ Book of 2023 Deliver Me From Nothing: The Making of Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen.
It will follow Springsteen and the journey towards the creation of his sixth studio album, a dark and essential collection of songs that marked a new artistic direction from Born to Run barbell. Springsteen recorded Nebraska on four-track cassette in his New Jersey bedroom a few years before he and the E Street Band released Born in the United States
Golden Globe and Emmy winner White is in the middle of seasons of his acclaimed series The bearand also received critical and fan acclaim for his role in this winter’s drama, The Iron Claw.
