Elisabeth Moss stars in trailer for FX/Hulu spy thriller series THE VEIL

FX on Hulu has released a new trailer for their upcoming spy thriller series, The veilstarring a two-time Emmy-winning actress Elizabeth Mossbest known for her roles in The Handmaid’s Tale, Girl interruptedAND The invisible man. She is joined in the cast by Yumna Marwan, Dali Benssalah, Haluk BilginerAND Josh Charles. The series is created and written by Steven Knight (Spencer, Peaky Blinders, See, All the light we can’t see), with episodes directed by Damon Thomas AND Daina Reid.

The synopsis reads:

“FX’s The Veil is an international spy thriller that explores the surprising and difficult relationship between two women who play a deadly game of truth and lies on the road from Istanbul to Paris and London. One woman has a secret, the other is on a mission to reveal it before thousands of lives are lost. In the shadows, mission controllers from the CIA and the French DGSE must put aside their differences and work together to avoid potential disasters.”

This looks like a great new series for Moss to move on to as she wraps up her sixth and final season playing June Osborne in The Handmaid’s Tale. Check out the trailer below and watch The veil when it premieres on FX and Hulu on April 30.
