Dakota Johnson Says She’ll Never Make Another Movie Like MADAME WEB; It’s not the movie she signed up for

Mrs. Web star Dakota Johnson recently shared his thoughts on the negative reviews that trashed the film and said he won’t make a film like this again. She also says that the final result of the film is not the film she originally signed up for.

During a recent interview with Bustle, Johnson was asked if the last few weeks have been “weird” for her and if the negative reviews bothered her, and she responded, “Unfortunately, I’m not surprised that things turned out the way they did. “

Johnson went on to talk about making movies in Hollywood and shared his take on it Mrs. Web the one we saw in theaters wasn’t the movie she originally signed up for and she went on to blame the studio for making all the wrong decisions, which isn’t surprising. She also said that she is done making films like Mrs. Websaid:

“It’s so hard to make movies, and in these big movies that get made – and it’s starting to happen even with the little ones, which is what really drives me crazy – the decisions are made by committees, and the art doesn’t go good.when it is made by a committee Films are made by a director and a team of artists surrounding him.

“You can’t create art based on numbers and algorithms. I’ve had the feeling for a long time that the public is extremely intelligent, and executives have begun to believe that it’s not. The public will always be able to smell bullshit. Even if the movies start to be made with artificial intelligence, humans won’t want to see them anymore.

“But it was definitely an experience for me to make that movie. I’d never done anything like that before. I’ll probably never do anything like that again because I don’t make sense in that world. And now I know. But sometimes in this business , you sign up for something, and it’s one thing and then as you make it, it becomes a completely different thing, and you’re like, “Wait, what?”

“But it was a real learning experience, and obviously it’s not nice to be part of something that’s been torn to shreds, but I can’t say I don’t understand.”

Nowadays most films made are based on numbers and algorithms which are currently the backbone of Hollywood. The counters make all the decisions for the studios and artists. Madame Web is clearly the product of a studio that had no idea what they wanted from the film or what they were doing. It amazes me that there are so many incompetent people still running these Hollywood studios.
