“Blinovskaya believes that the court did not take into account all mitigating circumstances and the psychological state of her children. We ask you to impose a postponement until April 10, 2034, that is, until the youngest child turns 14,” one of the panel judges read from the case materials.

According to investigators, Elena Blinovskaya, through the mediation of her husband, avoided paying taxes in the amount of 906 million rubles, of which she illegally legalized 716 million.
