Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes are teaming up on a new thriller titled Dripand they are ready Happy Death Day director Christopher Landon to direct the film. It was also announced The White Lotus actress Meghann Fahy is set to Star.
Plot details for the film are being kept under wraps, but it is described as a “fast-paced thriller.” The film’s screenplay was written by Jillian Jacobs AND Chris Roach and will be produced band Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad FullerAND Cameron Fuller.
Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes have previously collaborated on the hit horror thriller series, The purgewhich has its sixth episode coming up.
Landon was supposed to direct Scream VII, but I finally came out of it with all the drama going on. He is also set to direct the werewolf movie Big bad as well as a remake of Arachnophobia. He tends to make fun films, so it will be interesting to see what he comes up with Drip.
