THE CROW will receive a 4K Ultra HD remaster for its 30th anniversary

Director Alex Proyas’1994 film The Raven is getting the 4K treatment to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Paramount Home Entertainment has announced that the cult film will finally make its debut on 4K Blu-ray for the first time.

In the film, “Young musician Eric Draven is brutally murdered along with his girlfriend by members of a violent gang. On the anniversary of their deaths, Eric rises from the grave and takes on the gothic mantle of the Crow, a supernatural avenger. He then embarks on a macabre mission to mercilessly hunt down all those responsible and make them answer for their crimes.

The remastered version of the supernatural film will be available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc starting May 7, 2024. Fans will also be able to purchase a limited edition SteelBook of the remastered film with a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc and access to a copy digital.

The film is based on James O’BarrThe 1989 dark fantasy comic series, The Crow, was written by David J. Schow and John Shirley. The protagonist is late Brandon Lee, Rochelle Davis, Ernie Hudson, Michael Wincott, Bai LingAND Anna Levine.

Lionsgate is producing a reboot of The Raven reboot starring Bill Skarsgard AND FKA Twigs within this year.
