Netflix has released the full trailer for Millie Bobby Brown’S (Stranger things) next action-adventure fantasy film Bridesmaid, and it looks great! This movie looks a lot better than I thought it would, but this trailer offers a new take on the story, which sees Brown facing off against a dragon.
The dark fantasy film tells the story of a princess who finds herself fighting for survival, and the synopsis reads: “A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find that the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. . Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.
Director Juan Carlos Fresnadillosome additional insight into the film saying, “It’s a thrilling adventure with a truly dark twist that will put you on the edge of your seat… As a director, one of the things I always want to do is surprise audiences with a new take on the film.” a story, especially this kind [traditional story] – we need to modernize those stories with new interpretations, more modern and real ways, to connect with audiences.”
The director also praised Brown and said that she was able to capture the emotion they needed for the film, describing her as “exceptional”. The director added: “She understood that it had to be an extreme survival experience. And to make it believable, you have to convey suffering and pain.”
The director went on to say that the creative team went to great lengths to make the audience feel the intensity of the story, saying, “This is a movie about a transformation – about a girl becoming a woman – and you have to really feel the intensity “. its. We didn’t want to cheat any of this, and that’s why we pushed all the limits to make this a roller coaster experience for the audience.
Brown is joined in the film by Angela Bassetto, Robin Wright, Ray Winstone, Nick Robinson, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Nick Robinson, Brooke CarterAND Olli Ackermann.
Bridesmaid will arrive on Netflix in March 2024.
