Yes, these blushes make you want to get bitten, but don’t!

The new blushes from the MILK Make up brand are so cute they become appetizing. But contrary to what we see on TikTok, it is better to avoid eating them.

Because the world of beauty is constantly looking for innovation, both in product formulas and textures, a new jelly-shaped blush has been making waves on social networks for several weeks. Signed Milk Make up, the latter, called Milk Water Jelly Tint It is available in 4 different shades and its formula is a proprietary blend of vegan collagen, seawater and aloe vera.

On the skin, its formula glides and leaves behind a colored and transparent jelly, very easy to work with a brush. To be used on cheekbones or lips, these small face watercolors hydrate and leave a firming and toning effect. The problem ? That’s because these little complexion products are so cute and satisfying to look at, that a trend aimed at biting or even eating them has recently emerged on TikTok… And as you can imagine: this is absolutely not recommended.

The excesses of TikTok in a single trend

We don’t really know where it came from or how biting the blush became popular on Tiktok. All we know is thisThere are now hundreds of videos featuring this controversial trend. If these blushes look like little colored puddings, However, they remain makeup dedicated exclusively to external use and they must absolutely not be eaten or even bitten…

To address this controversial trend, Milk Make up sent a short message responding to a comment posted by TikTok user, Karen (aka @cakedbybabyk): “They are not edible and they are not tasty, they are simply products that give a real explosion of color to the skin. »

What are the risks of taking part in this trend?

While this practice appears to be considered safe by TikTokers, the question of risk remains intact. While it is true that the main ingredients are vegan collagen, sea water and aloe vera, other elements less highlighted by the brand are added to the INCI list. The main problem? Teeth coloring.

The latter can in fact become red or pink for several days, despite brushing your teeth. Apart from this aesthetic problem, ingesting a product dedicated for external use can cause gastric disorders or even intoxication (depending on the formula)..

You will have understood, these blushes are excellent when it comes to fulfilling their primary function, but it is better to avoid eating them… It makes sense, but it is better to remember it…
