DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN The set photo confirms an important plot

A new photo has leaked from the Marvel set Daredevil: Born Again and confirms an important narrative arc for Vincenzo D’OnofrioIt’s Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin.

The front page of a scene newspaper, The New York Criterion, shows that the story picks up with Fisk in the midst of running for mayor. The headline reads: “Wilson Fisk Campaign Gains Momentum in Polls.” I assume this means that the next chapter of the story is, in fact, inspired by the Devil’s kingdom Marvel Comics plot, which was previously rumored.

D’Onofrio had already spoken about this aspect of the Kingpin story: “I think the idea of ​​Fisk as mayor is a great idea, and obviously corruption comes to mind. There are a million different ways to interpret it, and to For me to play Wilson Fisk in these different situations is just amazing. I play him in domestic situations and these kind of good and bad things, and then now I get to play him as mayor. He’s a really interesting character to put in all these types of environments and scenarios. He’s not a normal guy. And so it becomes more specific and detailed because I approach him as a human being in these different environments.”

THE Devil’s kingdom the plot explores the power dynamics between Kingpin and the vigilantes who oppose him. The story revolves around the power struggle between Daredevil and Wilson Fisk, who becomes mayor of New York City. In this story arc, Kingpin uses his newfound political influence to launch a crackdown on vigilantes, making their activities illegal. This leads to a fierce confrontation between Daredevil and Kingpin, with the latter using all of his resources to hunt down and eliminate Daredevil and his allies.
