Screen Media Films has released the trailer for a gritty crime action thriller titled Bad Hombres. The film centers on two undocumented immigrants, who take a job from a guy who turns out to be a complete psychopathic criminal.
The film was directed by John Stalberg Jr. and becomes the protagonist Thomas Jane, Diego Tinoco, Tyrese Gibson, Luke Hemsworthand more. The film premiered at the 2023 Mammoth Film Festival, where it won the Grand Jury Prize and Best Screenplay, so it must be a decent film! The screenplay was written by Rex New AND Nick Turner.
In the film, “Desperate to provide for his family, undocumented immigrant Cesar (Tinoco) is hired with day laborer Alfonso (Hemky Madera) to work for Donnie (Hemsworth), a brute who is also a psychopathic criminal. Now, finding themselves entangled in the aftermath of a failed drug deal, Cesar and Alfonso must join forces to survive. Fortunately, Alfonso has a criminal past which may be what he and Cesar need to survive.”
Bad Hombres will be released in theaters and on VOD starting January 26, 2024.
