Jordan Peele he has directed three feature films so far Go out, WeAND Noand they have all won critical acclaim and enormous praise from audiences. In my opinion, Get Out is his best film so far, but the director has a fourth film in development and recently teased that it could become his favorite.
While a guest on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast, Peele said, “This was… Obviously, it was an interesting year because the writers’ strike had put me in a state of listening, and that’s where I need to Be. I feel like my next project is clear to me, and I’m excited to have another movie that, you know, could be my favorite movie if I do it right.”
We currently know nothing about what Peele has in mind for the future, but there’s no doubt that it will be something wickedly twisted. But who knows! There’s a chance he could mix things up a bit and not make a horror movie. We’ll just have to wait and see.
It was recently revealed that his new film was delayed by Universal Pictures from its initial December 25 release date. So, at the moment, we don’t know when the project will be released.
Peele also worked on the recently announced video game collaboration he’s doing with Hideo Kojima on the new horror game “OD,” which Kojima describes as an “immersive, totally new style of gameplay” that will explore “what OD means on Fear.”
Peele is keeping busy, but is looking to start shooting his next movie this year. It will be interesting to see what this ends up being.
