Hasbro unveils X-MEN ’97 Marvel Legends Wave 2 action figures

Hasbro has announced its second wave of X-Men ’97 action figures! These figures are based on the character from the upcoming revival of X-Men: The Animated Series.

Wave 2 includes Magneto, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Goblin Queen and X-Cutioner. Each of them comes with a small bio. So these are all the characters we can expect to see appear in the series.

The official synopsis reads: “Storm and Wolverine try to continue the X-Men. Magneto arrives and wants to step up to Charles Xavier. Sinister arrives to try to end the X-Men once and for all.”

The latest Marvel Legends Series figures will be available for pre-order in early 2024, and purchase all previously released Marvel Legends figures now at Hasbro Pluse.

MARVEL LEGENDS MAGNETO SERIES

This 6-inch scale collectible figure is detailed to resemble Magneto from Marvel Studios’ X-Men ’97. With the passing of Professor Charles Xavier, Magneto, the self-proclaimed Master of Magnetism, reinvents himself as he tries to carry on the dream of his oldest friend. The Marvel Legends Series Magneto figure features animation-accurate decoration and design and over 20 points of articulation. This officially licensed Magneto figure features two alternate hands and an alternate head for dynamic poseability.

NIGHTCRAWLER FROM THE MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES

The series begins with Magneto and the X-Men after Professor X leaves for Shi’ar space in the series finale of the original show.
