Disney+ has released the first trailer for its upcoming live-action/anime hybrid fantasy adventure series for Disney+ titled Wonderhatch Dragons. The series will have a live-action story, but it will also include anime and it looks like a really cool show!
The story focuses on Nagi, a high school girl in the real world, and Tyme, a boy who lives in another world where dragon riders hear the cries of dragons and communicate with them.
The anime portion of the series was developed by Production IG, which produced series such as Haikyuu, Psycho-Pass, and FLCL.
The series is the protagonist Sena Nakajima in the role of Nagi, Daiken Okudaira like Tyme, Yoshito Emmanuelle as Son, Mackenyu as Akuta, Kenjiro Tsuda as Gyroscope, Shunsuke Takeuchi in the role of Gafin, Rena Tanaka like Hana, Masaki Miura as Taichi, Riko Narumi as Ayana Nijisaki, SUMIRE like Saira, Yu Shimamura like Kate, Kenta Miyake like Byce, Jun Fukuyama like Gatz, and Shimba Tsuchiya like Maul.
