Ariana Greenblattthe young actress who played the younger live-action version of Ahsoka Tano in the fifth episode of Star Wars: Ahsokarecently appeared in a video where she talks about her time being a part of the series.
Discussing how she prepared for her performance in Ahsoka, she explained: “I watched a lot of Clone Wars episodes. I mean, when I was getting ready for rehearsals and everything, it was always in the background.
Greenblatt also talked about putting himself in the shoes of Rosario Dawson’s version of the character and trying to capture that resemblance. She said that The Clone Wars-she was Ahsoka “she’s still Rosario [Dawson]it’s Ahsoka mentally.”
She shared that she “had to combine the features and combine the way Rosario speaks” and to help her she visited Dawson on set to see Dawson act as the older Ahsoka Tano, which gave her the opportunity to “observe how walked and talked.” , and all Ahsoka. I just took in all of his body language because I really, really, really wanted to get it right.
Greenblatt was fantastic in the role! It was amazing to see the young version of Ahsoka from The Clone Wars come to life in live-action. I think a lot of fans appreciated it, and it was just a little surprise.
