If THE BOYS GEN V spin-off series is a success, it’s likely that more spin-offs will follow

The creative team behind The boys has big plans for the franchise, and if the upcoming live-action spin-off series, Gen Vends up being a hit on Prime Video, more spin-offs are on the way that will continue to expand the world.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Vernon Sandersthe head of television at Amazon and MGM Studios discussed the future of The boys, and his vision will entertain audiences for years! He said:

“I will say this: Eric has had a vision for what this will lead to for years now, and we have an ongoing conversation about what comes next. So, it’s probably premature to talk about it other than to say that we believe in Eric, and if Eric is interested in continuing the story, we’ll be the first to really work with him on what it will be. But right now we’re super focused on Gen V and a fantastic season 4 of The Boys, which I think will blow the fans away.

He continued saying:

“I think Seth, Evan and Eric are genuinely interested. I think it was probably us wanting to be careful not to overexpose. So once we committed to Gen V, we really wanted that to be the next thing. And once we get it out there and we get a chance to see how everyone reacts, we can start talking about, like I said, what comes next.

With how popular it is The boys I’m just pretty confident about it Gen V it will be a great success. So it’ll be really interesting to see what’s in store for the future of the franchise and the stories and characters they end up expanding on.

Gen V is “set at America’s only college exclusively for young-adult superheroes (operated by Vought International), Gen V is an irreverent, R-rated series that explores the lives of competitive, hormonal Supes as they put their physical, sexual and moral limits tested, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. It’s part college show, part Hunger Games, with all the heart, satire and vulgarity of The Boys.

Fifth generation stars Jaz Sinclair (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Perdomo case (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Lizze Broadway (Bone), Shelley Conn (Bridgeton), Maddie Phillips (Teenage Bounty Hunters), London Thor (Shameless), Derek Luh (Shining Valley), Asa Germann (Caviar), Patrick Schwarzenegger (The ladder), Sean Patrick Thomas (Barber shop), Marco Pigossi (Invisible City) e Clancy Brown.

The series comes from Eric Kripke, and it was also announced that it will launch with its first three episodes on September 29. New episodes will be released weekly until the season one finale on November 3.
