Adult Swim finally asked Rick and Morty gang to do a promo for season 7, so here it is, and “Season 7 is going to be truly epic.” The commercial features Beth and Summer hyping the show and teasing what we can expect to see. Check out the promotion below.
President of adult swimming Michael Ouweleen said in a statement: “It’s happening. Thanks to the talent of the show’s entire team, we can all enjoy 10 new episodes that raise the bar for comedy and animation once again. This season proves that the geniuses behind Rick and Morty are just getting started.”
A note in the season seven press release teases: “Rick and Morty are back and sounding more like themselves than ever! It’s season seven and the possibilities are endless: What’s up with Jerry? BAD Summer?! And will they ever go back to high school?! Maybe not! But let’s find out! There’s probably less piss than last season. ‘Rick and Morty’, 100 years old! Or at least until season 10!”
When it comes to the upcoming seventh season, executive producer Steve Levy spoke about how things would have gone without co-creator Roiland’s involvement, and said the show has only gotten better, saying, “The work we’re doing on every level has only gotten better. When the new season comes out, we’ll We’ll focus on how awesome everything is. Hopefully fans will realize that this is the same old show, maybe even better!”
Rick and Morty Season 7 will premiere on October 15, 2023! So fans won’t have to wait much longer to enjoy the adventures of these two lovable idiots.
