A live-action trailer for Mortal combat 1 was released under the title “It’s in Our Blood”, and features Dave Bautista on a road trip around the city of Los Angeles rounding up people and blowing them up Mortal combat. Throughout the trailer, people are so inspired, they can’t help but scream “Mortal Kombat!” I love the trailer! Capture the spirit of my brothers and I shouting “Mortal Kombat!” all the time we were growing up.
It really is in our blood! “Discover a reborn Mortal Kombat universe created by the fire god Liu Kang. Mortal Kombat 1 ushers in a new era of the iconic franchise with a new combat system, game modes and Fatalities!”
Other characters in the game include Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, Johnny Cage and more. Jean-Claude van Damme will be featured in the game as an alternative skin for the character Johnny Cage. The trailer also reveals that General Shao and Sindel will be playable characters in the highly anticipated game.
Mortal combat 1 will be released on September 19 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC. This is the twelfth installment in the Mortal Kombat series and the second reboot after Mortal Kombat in 2011.
