David Dastmalchian says he would like to play the Bond villain in a 007 film one day

Actor David Dastmalchian it has a lot of reach. The kid has been in every major franchise, starting with DC’s The dark Knight, Gotham, The flashAND Suicide squadat Marvel Ant man AND Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania (as two different characters) and the animated series What if…?. He’s been inside Dune, Oppenheimerand about eight other things this year alone, but he’s got his eye on another franchise he’d love to be a part of!

In a recent interview with /Film, the actor said:

“Believe me when I say I can bring something to a 007 enemy, whether he or she or they are played in a way that no one has ever seen Bond brought to life before, which is obviously how you guys always do it. I don’t think there’s anyone who pushes Bond to the limits of his abilities like I could, and I would love to. So here’s my proposition for them. Can’t wait for them to read this. And then I’ll owe you, when or if I ever get that role, I guess 10%.

Dastmalchian is a really nice guy. I had the opportunity to interview him a few years ago for his comic, Earl Crowley, and just talked about his love of comics and comic book movies. His career could not have happened to a bigger fan or kinder person. I think he would be great as a James Bond villain! I hope to see this happen one day.
