Britt Robertson stars in trailer for college comedy MOLLY SINGER RE-EDUCATION

A funny new trailer for the college comedy has been released The re-education of Molly Singerhero Britt Robertson (For people, Beginner: Feds). The film tells the story we’ve all heard before about a young adult having a hard time adjusting to life, who has an opportunity to go back to college and help someone else who is struggling to be cool in the college scene.

Robertson plays the title character, Molly Singer, and she is joined Jaime Pressley as Brenda, Ty Simpkins as Elliott, Nico Santos, Cierra Ramírez, Jonathan LipnickiAND Wendie Malick. The film is directed by Andy Palmer (Find me, Alien strain, The Funhouse Massacre), from a screenplay by Todd M. Friedman AND Kevin Haskin.

Here is the synopsis:

In college, attorney Molly Singer (Britt Robertson) was the life of every party. Now she’s about to be fired because she can’t put her partying ways behind her. Molly’s boss Brenda (Jaime Pressly) tells Molly there is a way to save her job: re-enroll at her old alma mater, befriend Brenda’s socially awkward son Elliot (Ty Simpkins), and take him from zero to campus hero. Aided by her best friend (Nico Santos), Molly faces hall monitors, drunken frat boys and her old archenemy in a hilarious quest into the past to save her future.

It looks like a movie we’ve seen before, but it’s still charming and entertaining. Check out the trailer below and see The re-education of Molly Singer in select US theaters and on VOD on September 29.
