These films have taken animated films to the next level and prove that the audience is open to new things that are nothing like Pixar and Disney. That’s just how animation has been for so long, then along comes Spider-Verse and mixes it all up!
I have a new behind the scenes video for you to watch today Spider-Man: Through the Spider-Verseand puts emphasis on the innovative and wild animation techniques they used to bring that amazing film to life.
The video is called “Beyond The Screen” and features the directors Justin K Thompson, Kemp PowersAND Joaquim Dos Santos talking about their experience making the film. It also includes VFX supervisors Pav Grocola AND Michael Lakerdevelopment supervisor Bret St. Clareand chief assistant editor Erika Scopelli to discuss these animation techniques.
