After The flash bombed at the box office, fans expect DC Aquaman and the lost kingdom also bomb. If a movie that led Michael KeatonBatman’s return to action can’t be a box office hit, as it will be Aquaman Continuation?

Now, the first film has grossed over a billion dollars at the box office, but there have been many reports about how bad the film actually is, and insiders have claimed that an initial cut was unwatchable.

In an effort to help save the film and encourage fan support, the director James Wan wants fans to know that this film is unconnected from anything from the previous DCEU films and is a standalone film. During a recent interview with CB, he said:

“Well, ‘Aquaman’ – even the first film – has always been a film in its own right. That’s always been our approach: that he kind of lives in his world, and that’s how we approached ‘The Lost Kingdom’ as well.

I guess it’s good to hear that Jason MomoaThe film will stand on its own and tell a story that will tie into nothing other than the first film. But, I’ll be honest, I don’t expect much from this movie. But maybe it will be better than what I’ve heard.

I’ve already seen a bit of footage from the Aquaman sequel, and while it looks like it will offer something that’s on par with the first, it’s hard to judge from the little footage we’ve seen. It’s not like the study will show anything bad!

In the film: “When an ancient power is unleashed, Aquaman must forge an uneasy alliance with an unlikely ally to protect Atlantis and the world from irreversible devastation.”

The film will also see the return of Patrick Wilson like Orm, Amber heard like Mera, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II such as Black Manta, e Randall Park as Stephen Shin. Game of Thrones alum Pilou Asbaek also joined the cast in an undisclosed role, while Jani Zhao will play the new character Stingray, India Moore will play Karshon, and Vincent Regano will play Atlan.

Aquaman and the lost kingdom will be released in theaters on December 20. James Gunn and Peter Safran have their work cut out for them to try and win back the trust of fans.
