For some reason Ben Affleck is not credited in THE FLASH

As you know, Ben Affleck reprized his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in The flash and actually had a good amount of screen time at the beginning of the movie. But, when the credits finally rolled, Ben Affleck was not credited as a part of the film. Even the official cast list of the Warner Bros. film does not include his name. You can see it below.

This is really weird! I have no idea why they wouldn’t include Ben Affleck in the credits unless the actor asked not to be credited. There’s no explanation as to why, so we’re left to speculate at this point.

As you can imagine, some DC fans are pissed, with an As one user tweet: “Are you so unprofessional @JamesGunn? I can’t understand why @wbd and us fans ended up with you.” It’s really not Gunn’s fault because this movie was made long before he joined as co-CEO of DC Studios, but people are directing their anger at someone.

Affleck seemed proud of his work on the film before saying, “… I nailed it The flash. For the five minutes it’s there, it’s pretty awesome. A lot is just tone. You have to understand, what is your version of the person? Who’s the guy that fits what you can do? I tried to fit into a Batman. And by the way, I like a lot of the things we’ve done, especially the first one [Batman v Superman].”

I’m sure we’ll eventually get an explanation as to why Affleck wasn’t credited in the film. In the meantime, speculate below!
