Ezra Miller recently appeared at the big premiere of The flash, and this is their first public appearance since the actor went through that insane streak of insanity and violent behavior that landed them in hot water with the law. As you know, Miller has been arrested multiple times on various charges of harassment, burglary, disorderly conduct, and more.
It was also at the red carpet premiere that the actor made his first public comments, the first of which was to the director Andy Muschietti, saying: “I love you, master. I think you are amazing and I think your work is monumental.
Miller also continued to thank Zack Snyder AND Deborah Snyder for casting them as Barry Allen aka The Flash Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice AND Justice League. They also thanked Peter Safran e James Gunn for their “grace, insight and care in the context of my life and in actually bringing this moment to fruition.”
The film’s director has previously confirmed he has no plans to repay Miller despite the actor’s recent history of legal troubles and abuse. He said:
“Self [a sequel] it happens, yes. I don’t think there’s anyone who can play that character as well as they can. The other portrayals of the character are great, but this particular take on the character, they’re just excellent at it. And, like you said, the two Barrys, he feels like a character made for them.
The flash producer Barbara Muschietti added:
“In principal photography, Ezra was brilliant and the busiest and the most professional [actor]. Ezra gave everything to this role: physically, creatively, emotionally. They were absolutely supreme.
Muschietti previously had this to say about Miller’s condition: “Ezra is fine now. Let’s all hope they are better… They are taking steps to recover. They are dealing with mental health issues, but they are fine. We spoke to them not too long ago and they are very committed to improving.”
Barbara she added, “And, I have to say, during our shoot, during principal photography, their commitment to the role was like nothing we’ve ever seen. And the discipline in the work, the will – physical, mental and the desire to going over the edge – it’s just amazing.”
With Miller getting this second chance, hopefully, they don’t waste it. It seems like it’s a super rare thing in Hollywood these days to give someone who’s written off a second chance. As I said before, people in Hollywood have been written off for less than the list of things Miller did. If Miller can get that second chance, the door should be open for many more people.
What do you think about all this?
