Dorinda Medley hinted she might return to “RHONY” before rebooting – Listen –

During our EXCLUSIVE podcast interview with Dorinda Medley, the former “RHONY” graduate stated that there is “always a chance” for Bravo to return to our screens as a housewife.

On March 23, Bravo officially announced: Real housewives of New York City will come back – but with a catch! The network is rebooting the hit series with a brand new cast that doesn’t include the season 13 stars. sonja morganLeah McSweeney, Ramona Singer, Eboni K. Williams And Luann de Lesseps. However, there will be a second series with old stars.

HollywoodLife: Any chance of returning next season?

Dorinda: There is always a chance. When people ask, “Are you coming back next year?” I love what you say. As if it wasn’t my decision to leave. Tied to NBC’s greatest gods, Bravo and all. It’s up to you to take it out.

HL: Do you take them as a compliment when they say “empty”? They use this term very specifically with you.

Dorinda: I know, it was interesting. I didn’t then, but as time went on… I remember my mom saying it back then. […] ‘Do not worry! Reject protection, you just need to do something else! ‘ It worked well because I think it opened me up to a lot of different projects. I would never have written my book, I would never have finished publishing my bourbon, my Blue Stone Mansion Bourbon. It has allowed me to grow differently, not just as a housewife, but also as a bigger person to think about things and put them into perspective.

Dorinda: I enjoyed doing housewifes and I considered myself a good housewife, but it had been six years! Maybe it was just a minute to breathe a little, heal, and grow in a different direction. I told Andy [Cohen] every six years that’s interesting then, my life changes – it’s so weird. i was on housewifes I have been married to my husband for six years. Then I change again, I turn into a different person. And each has been a period of growth. Do you want to see me again?

HL: Naturally!

Dorinda: You need something to write! Because when I’m good I’m great and when I’m bad I’m so bad – and that’s terrible!

HL: Who would be an epic cast?

Dorinda: It’s hard because I don’t know where they went. I’m sure there are people who can get them back. I’m so close LuAnn de Lessepsso he is obviously. I know maybe there’s a rumble Kelly Bensimo Return. There are also rumors that I’ll be back, it’s… Tinsley [Mortimer] would return. I think they need the pleasure of the old to put people at ease, and I think it would be very interesting to have three new women who are very strong, different and interesting, able to connect and make new friends.

But it’s hard when you have new girls because… it takes a while. So they need new strong women to give it a different flavor.
