I have the details of an exciting new sci-fi horror film project titled Marshmallow to share with you. The film is the protagonist Corbin Bernsen (White House plumbers), and will be joined by up-and-comers Kue Lawrence (Beautiful boy), Kai Cec (Dear Santa Claus), AND Max Malas (New Amsterdam).
The film is set in “a secluded summer camp, where Morgan (Lawrence), a shy and introverted 12-year-old, is thrust into a waking nightmare when a once-fabulous fairy tale comes true. As a mysterious figure descends upon the field, Morgan and her new friends must embark on a treacherous journey and uncover a sinister reality buried beneath the surface. Little do they know that the truth hides a secret that will test their resilience and unravel the very fabric of their reality.
Sounds like the fun kind of horror movie I’d like to watch. Director Daniel Del Purgatorio will make his feature film directorial debut with the film. Previously she worked Tales of the Black Merchantan animated link to Zack Snyder’S Guardians.
Warner Davis and Todd Friedman will produce the film, with Hemlock Circle Productions on board as a production company, and Robert Kurtzmann to supervise the special effects.
