The first trailer for the film adaptation of the hit horror game has finally been released Five Nights at Freddy’s! This film project has been in the works for several years, but has finally been made at Blumhouse, and it seems that there will be some frighteningly awful entertainment in the cinema! I’m thrilled with this!
The film is described as a “chilling cinematic event” and the story follows “a troubled security guard as he begins work at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes that the graveyard shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to complete.
The film is the protagonist Josh Hutcherson (Ultraman, The Hunger Games), Elizabeth Lail (You, Mac and Rita), Pied Piper Rubio (Holly & Ivy, Unstable), Kat Conner Sterling (We have a ghost, 9-1-1), with Mary Stuart Masterson (Blind spot, fried green tomatoes) AND Matthew Lillard (Good girls, yell).
Five Nights at Freddy’s is directed by Emma Tammi (The Wind, Blood Moon) with a script that Tammi co-wrote with Scott Cathon AND Seth Cuddback. Even the animatronic characters in the film were created by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, which is really cool!
I’ve also included five posters for the film which you can see below the trailer. Enjoy!
